Yes. We guarantee that the main components—Engine, Hydraulic Pump, and Distribution Valve—are original Caterpillar parts. We do not sell machines with replaced core parts. Before shipment, we can open the machine covers and record a video showing the serial numbers for your verification.

We offer both options. Most clients prefer original paint to see the true structural condition (no hidden welds or cracks). If you prefer a “like-new” look, we can provide professional repainting and cleaning services after your technical inspection is complete.

Transparency is our policy.All operating hours of our machinery are authentic. Prior to purchase, each machine’s working hours and maintenance history were verified through Caterpillar’s backend management system (sims.cat.com). We can also provide the machine’s serial number, allowing you to confirm these details via your local Caterpillar dealer’s system—since Caterpillar’s management system is globally consistent.

Your Proforma Invoice will include the machine’s unique Chassis Number (VIN) and Engine Serial Number. We will take photos of the machine being loaded into the container showing these exact numbers. The Bill of Lading will also match these details perfectly.

We are very experienced with strict biosecurity standards. Before shipping, every machine undergoes professional high-pressure hot water cleaning and interior fumigation to remove all soil and seeds, ensuring smooth customs clearance at your destination.

Our pricing reflects a machine that is “Work-Ready,” not just “Start-Ready.” While you may find cheaper options, they often require immediate expensive repairs (hydraulic leaks, loose pins). We invest in checking and fixing these issues before selling, saving you money and downtime in the long run.

All our used equipment has undergone 140+ inspections according to Caterpillar Certified Used (CCU) standards, and we can provide complete inspection reports, photos, and videos.
If you’d like, we can arrange a real-time video call (via WhatsApp or FaceTime) so you can guide us in operating the machine and inspect it remotely.
We also welcome third-party inspections (such as SGS or Bureau Veritas) at our site before the machine is shipped.
